Vintage clothing refers to those pieces from 70s, 80s and 90s revalued with the pass of the time because of their excellent quality and design and being able to be considered as collector’s items.
Are the items new?
No. Vintage clothing is second hand.
Are items in good condition?
Yes. We make a high quality control to check each item to be sent with no damages. All them are authentic vintage pieces, the posible wear and tear signs represent their identity. We have a vintage quality classification for each product. Check it here.
Is there only one size per item?
Yes. When dealing with vintage pieces, there is only one size per product. The sizing of each one appears in its description.
Which is the size equivalence in men and women?
All products are measured in male sizes. The masculine size is equivalent to one more size for the feminine size (an S of man would be equivalent to an M of woman). Check Size Guide here.
What size is an S/M, an M/L or an L/XL?
The sizes that appear with a separation (S/M, M/L, L/XL) represent the intermediate sizes, that means that an S/M it is a large S or a small M.
Will a product that has already been sold be available again?
It is very difficult to find two identical pieces, so it is complicated to have exactly the same garment that has already been sold.
Which payment options do you offer?

Why have not I received a purchase confirmation email?
Check your junk mail, it is probably there. If you have not received it, check that you have correctly put your email in the purchase data.
Yes. You can check it on correos.es with the tracking number you received in the confirmation email.
When will my package arrive?
Orders are sent through Correos Post Office at 13:00 h. from Monday to Friday, orders made after 13:00 h. will be processed the next working day. Orders made after 13:00 h. on Friday or on weekends will be processed the following Monday. You will receive your package according to the chosen shipping option. Check delivery times here.
Can I make a change?
We do not make changes. If you are not happy with your order and want to exchange it for another, you will have to return first and make the purchase of the next one.
Can I make a return?
Yes. You can return any product if it is in perfect condition and preserve its corresponding labels.
How do I request a return?
You must write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number provided in the purchase confirmation email.
How much time do I have to make a return?
Spain: you have 14 calendar days to request a return through email@example.com and to send the package back to our offices from the moment you receive it.
International: you have 30 calendar days to request a return through lakajadevintageorders@gmail. com and to send the package back to our offices from the moment you receive it.
Do I have to pay something to send the return?
Yes, the return costs are assumed by the buyer, except in case of serious damage to the package.
