• Do we accept returns & exchanges? We only accept returns. We don’t accept exchanges. If you want to change your item for another you will have to return the first and buy again the other.
  • Can I return any item? You can return any item only if it is in perfect status and if it preserves its corresponding labels.
  • Should I pay anything if I ask for a return? No. Asking for a return is free.
  • How much time do I have to ask for a return? You have 14 natural days to ask for a return by email and to send your package back to our offices since you received your order. reserves the right of reject returns asked out of this time limit fixed or items that aren’t in the same conditions they were received.
  • How should I ask for a return? You have to write us an email to with the order number we sent  in your confirmation email. Please don’t forget this issue because we will need to identify it.
  • How do I prepare the returning package of my order? You can use the same package in which you received your order or you can use your own. Ensure you pack in everything correctly to avoid tears or rips in the package. Remember that the item/s must be in perfect conditions.

  • Do I need to pay anything for the returning package? Yes. You will need to pay the necessary amount established by the chosen logistics company (Postal Service, SEUR, ASM, etc.) to send us the package back. Returning product/s costs are assumed by costumers.
  • Which shipping method should I use? Anyone you consider necessary (standard, express, etc.). We recommend to get a tracking number for the shipment, is not responsible for lost packages without tracking code that does not reach our offices due to circumstances out of our control.
  • What happens if I want to make a refund because my package has arrived in bad conditions or has been lost? will only assume exceptionally returning costs in cases where the order has been received in bad conditions with damaged products or in case of loss of the package (cases of bad conditions must be demonstrated through pictures that confirm these conditions by costumers). You must use the standard rate of the chosen logistics company to send the package back to our offices. We will not assume express or different rates than the standard. We will need the voucher with the amount of the shipment, which will be refunded along with the amount of the product/s to be returned.
  • When will I receive my money back? You will receive the entire amount you paid for the item or items through the same payment option used in your purchase between 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
